"All About" the Pension Application/Vesting Application Form
Completion of the National Pension Fund application is the first step in the process necessary in determining your benefit. Complete information helps us insure we are giving you the full pension you are entitled to.
This application should be used if you are interested in applying for pension or requesting information about your benefit. If you have already completed an application with the Fund, you do not need to submit another. You may simply click on this link: Reactivate Pension Form.
Procedures
Your pension can be effective the first of the month following receipt of this completed application. We do, however, recommend that you submit a pension request three (3) to six (6) months in advance of your intended retirement date. Submitting your proofs of age and marriage with your application may save time in the processing of your pension.
